My recent experience at the accommodations was far from pleasant, primarily due to my assignment to Apartment 101. Upon arrival, I was disheartened to find the apartment in a deplorable state. The bedding was stained and clearly unwashed, while the sofas were unsightly and covered in disgusting stains. The overall cleanliness was shockingly poor, which made it impossible for me to feel comfortable or secure during my stay. I quickly realized that this was not a place where I could relax, and within just a few hours, I made the decision to move out. The conditions in Apartment 101 were unacceptable, and it is evident that it requires significant improvement.

Adding to my dissatisfaction was the ongoing construction happening right outside the window. The relentless noise made it impossible to find any peace or enjoy my time at the apartment. It felt like an invasion of privacy, as the work seemed to be unending and disruptive. While I do have photos documenting the appalling state of the apartment, the images don't capture the overwhelming feeling of frustration and disappointment that I experienced during my short stay. Instead of a relaxing getaway, I found myself grappling with the stress of a filthy environment and constant disturbances.

In stark contrast, my previous experience in Apartment 304 had been quite enjoyable. While it wasn't without its issues—such as a leaking washing machine—the overall atmosphere was much more inviting, and the cleanliness was acceptable. I fondly recall spending time there last year, which made the abrupt change even more upsetting when I discovered I was being placed in the significantly worse Apartment 101 due to a double booking. It's unfortunate that my expectations were met with such an unpleasant reality. Overall, I would strongly recommend that management invest in the cleaning and maintenance of Apartment 101 to bring it up to an acceptable standard for future guests.
