During my recent stay in Hurghada, Egypt, I had a fantastic holiday filled with memorable experiences, especially since I was accompanied by my daughter, her partner, and two grandchildren. The hotel we stayed at exceeded my expectations; the accommodations were clean, bright, and spacious, providing a perfect retreat for our family. Beyond the physical amenities, it was the staff who truly made our stay remarkable. From the gardeners to the housekeeping and bar staff, each team member contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Special shout-out to Sala, whose exceptional friendliness and professionalism made us feel valued and cared for throughout our visit.
The dining experience at the hotel was a delightful aspect of our trip. The food was perfectly fine, and the restaurants that required reservations offered a lovely ambiance, exquisite service, and delicious meals that catered well to both adults and children. There were abundant activities for the kids, ensuring they were entertained while we enjoyed the day’s offerings. Although the night entertainment was merely adequate, the engaging day activities more than made up for it. Overall, I can't express enough gratitude to the amazing staff who played a pivotal role in making our time at the hotel unforgettable. I genuinely hope to return soon to relive these beautiful moments and reconnect with such wonderful people.
