My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I quickly noticed that the pictures showcased on the booking site were outdated, failing to represent the current state of the property. The apartment itself reeked of smoke, and the towels were no better, carrying the same unpleasant odor. Despite bringing this to the attention of the manager, the resolution left much to be desired; an employee who arrived to help was itself smoking, further adding to the atmosphere of neglect. The hotel’s overall cleanliness was abysmal—dirty reception areas, overflowing bins on every floor, and a pool in state of disrepair were just a few of the glaring issues that caught my eye. Moreover, the pervasive smell of mud and decay made the experience even worse, and the complete lack of English speakers among the staff compounded the difficulties of addressing these problems.

To make matters worse, the apartment's air conditioning did not function despite my repeated requests for assistance. While the manager seemed friendly and well-meaning, it became evident that he was surrounded by employees who exhibited little effort or care in maintaining the property. Having visited several other hotels in Egypt, I can assert that this place is far from suitable for any traveler seeking a pleasant stay. With cleanliness being a priority for any accommodation, the overall experience was detrimental, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic environment to seek alternatives.
