Staying at this establishment can only be described as an experience to forget. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the unkempt condition of the walls, which were marked with grime that only suggested a long neglect of basic cleanliness. The pervasive smell of sewage permeated the air, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. As I attempted to settle in, I was dismayed to discover ants crawling about the room, further emphasizing the lack of proper hygiene. The overall atmosphere felt not just unwelcoming, but downright unsettling, making for a less than satisfactory stay.

The state of the bedding was equally alarming; the bed sheets were not only visibly unclean but carried an unpleasant odor that made lying down feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. In addition, the towels provided were similarly foul-smelling and appeared to have not seen a washer for far too long. To compound matters, the furniture throughout the room was either broken or so shabby that it contributed to an overall sense of disrepair. It left me questioning the standards of maintenance expected of lodging facilities. It became increasingly clear that my comfort and well-being were not a priority at this location.

Despite my attempts to raise these concerns through a formal complaint, I received no response at all, which only heightened my frustration. One particularly disturbing sight that remains etched in my memory was a questionable stain on the exterior wall, which resembled blood—an alarming detail in what should be a safe environment. Overall, I wholeheartedly believe that this establishment does not deserve to be listed on platforms like Booking.com. There must be a commitment to quality and cleanliness in the hospitality industry, and this place has tragically failed to deliver on both fronts.
