Staying at the property presented a mixed experience, primarily driven by poor communication and some disappointing amenities. Upon arrival at 3 PM, I learned that my room wasn’t ready, leading to an unexpected hour of waiting. The lack of direct communication was frustrating, as the only means to reach out was through WhatsApp, which didn’t provide the instant support one would hope for. Even when I was assured that assistance would come promptly, I found myself waiting an additional half-hour for the necessary insurance paperwork. This lack of effective communication not only contributed to an overall sense of inconvenience but also impacted my initial impression of the stay.

On a more positive note, the location of the property was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The spacious layout of the accommodations also stood out, allowing for a comfortable environment despite the uncomfortable pillows. However, the second bathroom had an unpleasant lingering smell that detracted from the overall comfort of the space. While the location and ample room made for a decent stay, the issues with communication and the condition of the facilities presented significant drawbacks that need to be addressed.
