My stay at the apartment offered an interesting mix of experiences that left me with both positive memories and some less-than-ideal moments. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to discover that the cupboard under the sink hadn't been cleaned, and the trash bin was still full. Additionally, the lock on one of the bathroom doors was malfunctioning, which created some privacy concerns during our stay. To top it off, the washing machine door was stuck, making it inaccessible. These inconveniences certainly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the accommodation, and I hoped for better attention to detail in the upkeep.

Despite these setbacks, the overall experience was uplifted by the owner’s warm hospitality and excellent communication. He ensured that we had the necessary QR codes for security to enter the private town of El Gouna, a feature that added a sense of safety to our stay. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with ample towels and bedding provided, and kitchen utensils readily available for our use. The beautifully maintained pools were always inviting, and we never had trouble finding sunbeds. Plus, the private beach, just a minute away, was a fantastic perk, allowing us to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Overall, while there were some issues to address, the friendly atmosphere and excellent amenities made the stay enjoyable.
