My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of a disappointment, primarily due to the unsatisfactory service we encountered during our three-day visit with family. What was particularly disheartening was my encounter at the pool bar, where I simply asked for a cup of coffee. To my surprise, the waiter began to prepare the order, only to be abruptly interrupted by his supervisor, Mohamed, who ordered him not to fulfill my request. This casual dismissal left me feeling not only shocked but also unwelcome.

The discontent escalated further when I attempted to order a virgin mojito cocktail. Instead of a simple acknowledgment of my request, the waiter responded in a dismissive manner, telling me that it was my responsibility to bring the lemon from the kitchen. I couldn't believe that, after paying for our stay, I was expected to fetch my own ingredients. Frustrated and nervous, I decided to take my complaints to the reception, highlighting not just the poor service but the unfriendliness and rudeness displayed by the staff. It was apparent that hospitality was not a priority at this establishment.

Ultimately, my family's stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate experiences that left us feeling unhappy and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway. Instead of enjoying a restful holiday, we found ourselves faced with rudeness and a lack of basic service that overshadowed any potential enjoyment.
