Our recent stay at Calimera Blend Paradise in Egypt was an unforgettable experience, blending fantastic hospitality with an abundance of amenities. Traveling as a family of three, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s charm, despite it being categorized as a 5-star facility. While some might argue it leans more towards a 4.5-star rating by European standards, the quality of service and sheer beauty of the architecture made our stay genuinely enjoyable. We appreciated that the hotel is undergoing gradual renovations; this didn't detract from our experience at all, as we hardly noticed any noise or inconvenience from the restoration work underway. Instead, the magnificent marble interiors and elegant crystal chandeliers provided a luxurious ambiance that complemented our family vacation perfectly.

The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully maintained, with attentive staff consistently tending to the lush gardens. Our accommodation, located just a minute’s walk from the pool, offered us stunning views and was equipped with everything we needed for our family, including a bunk bed for our daughter. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the daily maintenance ensured that we always returned to a neat and tidy space. Additionally, we loved having a terrace to enjoy the fresh air. Though a small outdoor light would have been a nice addition, the convenience and functionality of the room far outweighed this minor inconvenience. The restaurant options available were diverse, particularly the standout Indian dining experience that we highly recommend, making every meal something to look forward to.

While there were minor drawbacks, such as the quality of soft drinks and the occasional difficulty in engaging with staff who preferred other languages, we found that these did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment. The hotel is aware of its imperfections and, through its responsive guest relations service, strives to address concerns promptly. Our stay was highlighted by the fantastic array of food, a variety of pools, and engaging activities catered to guests of all ages. With beautiful beach access, exciting nightlife, and the bonus of a nearby water park, Calimera Blend Paradise proved to be an excellent choice for our family holiday.
