Staying at Asteria Resort was an exceptional experience that surpassed our expectations, making it one of the best vacations we've had. From the moment we arrived, the service provided by Massaouda stood out as unparalleled. As I was 31 weeks pregnant, I had specific requests regarding our room placement, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by accommodating my preference for a room close to the main restaurants and reception. Her continuous check-ins and attention to detail made the stay feel personalized, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit.

The dining options at Asteria Resort were nothing short of extraordinary. The evening a la carte experiences were delightful, offering diverse and exquisite culinary choices. The ability to enjoy lunch at the a la carte restaurants without reservations was a fantastic feature, allowing us to eat whenever we felt hungry. I particularly appreciated the healthy options, like the plentiful fruit platters and a variety of lighter salads, which were perfect for maintaining a balanced diet during my pregnancy. Additionally, the staff's willingness to create a special chocolate milkshake for my daughter was a thoughtful touch that added to the welcoming atmosphere, while the refreshing mocktails were a highlight during our meals.

Despite the pier not yet being fully operational, the minor inconveniences were effortlessly managed by the staff, who provided transportation to nearby resort piers with ease. My husband enjoyed diving at the nearby centers, and we found excursions to be smoothly organized with reliable pickup services from the hotel. While other resorts in the area had rocky beaches, Asteria's beach was well-maintained and suitable for our family, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free experience. Given the exceptional hospitality and comfort we felt at Asteria, we are excited to return, this time with our baby, and our extended family is eager to join us. It’s clear that Asteria Resort will remain a cherished destination for us for years to come.
