Our stay at the property was marred by numerous inconveniences that overshadowed its charming appearance. Despite the initial impression of a cozy and inviting apartment, the experience quickly deteriorated due to poor management and lack of organization. According to the owner’s rules, we were required to call one hour before check-in to ensure cleaning was completed. After following these instructions diligently, we arrived at 2:00 PM, only to find that the apartment was still uncleaned, forcing us to roam around El Gouna for nearly half an hour. Upon our return, we waited an additional 15 minutes before the cleaning team finally arrived, and even then, it took them another half hour to finish. To exacerbate matters, the delivery of the bed sheets was delayed, resulting in our check-in being pushed back to 4:00 PM—two hours later than expected. This disruption was particularly frustrating as we were in a hurry to prepare for a wedding, leaving us feeling highly dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Furthermore, our troubles didn’t end with the check-in delays. We faced additional frustrations due to a malfunctioning door lock that required assistance to fix. Each obstacle we encountered only added to our growing sense of irritation, which was compounded by the undeniable lack of communication and support from the property management. Although the apartment itself looked cozy and held potential for a pleasant stay, the disorganization and time-wasting issues overshadowed any positive aspects of the property. Given our experience, we cannot recommend this location for anyone seeking a smooth and stress-free getaway, especially during events that necessitate punctuality.
