This made it difficult to settle in comfortably, as we found ourselves struggling to keep our things organized. Additionally, upon our arrival, we found the unit lacking essential toiletries and towels, which were only provided after we brought our concerns to the management’s attention. Such oversights created an unwelcome start to our stay.

The most frustrating aspect of our experience, however, was the sudden loss of our first night due to uncommunicated regulations concerning admission to El Gouna. This unforeseen situation not only disrupted our plans but also led to financial loss since we had booked and paid in advance for our stay. Although the management initially assured me that I would receive a refund for the first night upon submitting my request through booking.com, they ceased all communication after our stay. This lack of follow-up made it clear that the promised reimbursement was unlikely to be honored, leaving us feeling frustrated and misled. Our advice would be to think twice before paying in advance; this unit might not provide the financial security one would expect from a reputable establishment.

On a positive note, the unit itself was spacious and well-furnished, allowing for some comfort during our stay. While the ambiance was appealing and the layout was practical, these strengths could not compensate for the significant inconveniences we encountered. Ultimately, the lack of efficient management, inadequate facilities, and the poor handling of our refund request overshadowed the positive aspects of the accommodation. Given these experiences, we cannot recommend this unit for future stays, particularly if guests are seeking a hassle-free vacation.
