My stay at the apartment was quite pleasant overall, characterized by cleanliness and an accurate representation of the listing. The space was well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for my visit. It was reassuring to find that everything matched the descriptions provided, making settling in feel easy and straightforward. Despite these positives, I encountered a few hurdles during my time there that slightly dampened my experience.

One notable issue was the Wi-Fi connectivity, which initially did not function as expected. I reached out to the management team for assistance, and they were prompt in sending someone over to address the issue. Although it was resolved, the inconvenience of not having reliable internet access during the initial phase of my stay was a bit frustrating, particularly since I needed it for work-related tasks. While the management's responsiveness was commendable, the interruption did somewhat hinder the flow of my visit.

Another concern I faced was regarding the security deposit of 3,000 EGP that was required prior to my stay. While I understood the necessity for a deposit, the promise of a swift return within 48 hours after checkout was not honored. I found myself waiting over a week for the refund, and the difficulty in reaching the management for updates was quite disappointing. After multiple attempts to communicate, I finally received my deposit back, but the drawn-out process left a sour note on what was otherwise a satisfactory experience.
