My recent stay at Pyramisa Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary, largely due to the remarkable staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Karim at reception, who made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. His attentive nature and willingness to assist with every detail allowed me to settle in quickly, and he consistently checked in during my stay to see if I needed anything. Travelling alone with my young daughters, I truly appreciated that Karim provided me with the best room suited for our needs, which made me feel safe and at home. His efforts did not go unnoticed, and his kindness significantly enhanced the quality of my visit.
Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay, but the staff’s exceptional care made a tough situation more manageable. Chef Abdi Aziz prepared special meals tailored to my dietary needs, providing comforting nourishment that I genuinely appreciated. Mr. Noby, my dedicated housekeeper, made sure my room was immaculate and attended to, allowing for a peaceful recovery environment. The support from Ahmed at the pool, as well as the hardworking animation team, ensured my daughters were entertained while I rested. Pyramisa Hotel truly feels like a haven for families, with special accommodations like the kids' wonderland providing parents some much-needed respite. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a place with outstanding service, personal touches, and a supportive atmosphere—my stay was memorable, thanks to their incredible team.
