The reception team, along with the reception manager and guest relations manager, made me feel valued and welcomed, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. To top it all off, I was treated to a complimentary breakfast that showcased the hotel’s commitment to hospitality. With a choice between an open buffet and a set menu restaurant, I appreciated the flexibility and variety offered right from the start.
Once I settled into my suite, I couldn’t help but admire its cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. The space was not only beautifully decorated, but it also provided a sense of comfort that made it easy to relax after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the luxurious jacuzzi, which offered hot water and an unparalleled sense of tranquility. After a busy schedule, coming back to such a pleasant suite was a much-needed refuge. It was evident that the hotel prioritized its guests' comfort and satisfaction, which truly enhanced my overall experience.
Reflecting on my time there, I can only express gratitude towards the entire Lilly staff for their attentiveness and professionalism. If it hadn’t been for my work commitments, I would have loved to prolong my stay. The atmosphere created by the staff, paired with the hotel’s excellent amenities, left a lasting impression on me.
