Sun & Sea Hotel And Aqua Park - Hurghada

Staying at Sun&Sea Hotel in Hurghada has proven to be a deeply disappointing experience. The all-inclusive package, which initially seemed appealing, has fallen far short of our expectations, primarily due to the subpar quality and limited options of the food offered. The meals have been lackluster, with a notable absence of fruits and proper breakfast items. When we requested basic breakfast essentials like milk for our cereal, we were served a bizarre concoction of hot water and milk powder, which was both inappropriate and unappetizing. The use of broken plastic bowls for serving food raises hygiene concerns, while drinks served in flimsy plastic cups using tap water add to our disillusionment. A lack of wine with meals, typically expected in an all-inclusive setting, has only compounded our frustrations.

To make matters worse, our experiences with the hotel's staff have not been encouraging either. After expressing our dissatisfaction to reception, we were promised an upgrade to a better room, but the reality was a frustrating series of delays and a downgrade to a smaller, noisy accommodation that didn't meet our expectations. While there was a brief moment of hope when the manager assured us of improved treatment in the restaurant, this promise was quickly forgotten, and we returned to the dismal food options. To top it all off, we suffered from food poisoning, forcing us to stay in our room for two days and completely ruining a significant portion of our holiday. As we reflect on our experience, it is clear that this hotel is misrepresented in its ratings, and we feel misled and dissatisfied. It is with a sense of relief that we look forward to concluding our time here and returning home, hopeful for some form of compensation for the shortcomings we've endured.
