Tawila T1-17 -5 Bed Room Big Villa Hurghada

During our recent stay at the villa, we were struck by the potential the property had due to its spacious layout and great location. The generous square footage allowed for comfortable movement, and its proximity to local attractions was indeed a highlight. However, despite these advantages, our experience was marred by numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues that overshadowed any positives. The room conditions were disappointing; dusty and dirty, with remnants of previous occupants carelessly left under beds and in corners. Furthermore, the presence of mold in the fridge and kettle raised serious health concerns, particularly with a young child in our group. Significant maintenance issues like a broken thermostat and an air conditioning unit rendered comfortable living nearly impossible.

Unfortunately, the neglect was pervasive, extending beyond the interior of the villa to the outdoor spaces, which were cluttered with cigarette remnants and stained furniture. Requests for simple services, such as washed towels, were ignored, and our children's safety was compromised by insect infestations resulting in multiple ant bites. While the property manager graciously offered us an extra night's stay free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, it did little to rectify our overall unpleasant experience. Ultimately, we found ourselves unable to recommend this villa under its current management, as the range of issues we encountered drastically overshadowed the initial appeal of its size and location.
