Our recent stay at what can only be described as the worst hotel we ever encountered has left us feeling utterly disheartened and regretting every moment spent there. The shocking state of the facility, which appeared neglected and abandoned, was evident from the moment we arrived. We soon discovered that the supposedly all-inclusive offer did not include basic necessities like bottled water, and the tap water, with its questionable orange hue, made us immediately wary of drinking it—even after boiling. The entire hotel had a pervasive sense of decay, with filthy surroundings and uncomfortable conditions that made us question our choice of accommodation.

The service provided by the staff only compounded our frustrations. Communication in English seemed selective at best, leading to numerous instances where our orders at the bar were either incorrect or overlooked altogether. When we took the time to raise our concerns, we were met with indifference from the manager, who dismissed our complaints with a remark that not everyone can like the same things. Some of the facilities, such as the swimming pools, were in horrendous shape, with cracked tiles and dirt-laden drains, effectively discouraging us from using them. The beach was equally unappealing, featuring a narrow strip of sand and a limited swimming area, devoid of any coral reefs to explore.

The overall experience was ultimately marred by the condition of our room, which was nothing short of a health hazard. Dirty, smelly, and in disrepair, the accommodations featured peeling plaster, chipped door frames, and yellowing fixtures that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The food served was another disappointment; the meals were stale, often recycling leftovers with little creativity. It became glaringly apparent that the true meaning of "all-inclusive" had been lost here, as we found ourselves seeking refuge in local restaurants just to avoid the inedible offerings provided by the hotel. Even after filing complaints, we received no meaningful response, leaving us with the unfortunate conclusion that this was one holiday we wish we could take back.
